What makes a useful correction
- The URL of the page you are referring to.
- The exact statement or table row that may be wrong.
- A link to the strongest current source you can provide.
- A short explanation of the jurisdiction or scope affected.
Keep the message about the public content. You do not need to identify yourself, describe a property or share a customer case for us to check a published claim.
What this inbox does not handle
- Drain-survey quotations or bookings.
- Contractor recommendations or complaint mediation.
- Property-specific survey or legal advice.
- CCTV footage, report interpretation or repair urgency.
- Provider applications, paid listings or lead purchases in Phase 1.
- Emergency flooding, sewage, blockage or safety reports.
For a contractor search, use our neutral independent-directory route. For an active service or safety issue, contact the relevant water or sewerage company, insurer, landlord, emergency service or qualified contractor as appropriate.
How corrections are handled
We check the cited source, jurisdiction, affected claim and related pages. A material correction is made through a reviewed code change and the page review date is updated. We may not reply individually to every message, and we will not add the sender to a marketing list.
